The Friends of the Ouachita Public Library host monthly book sales on the last Friday and Saturday of each month from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. at the West Ouachita Branch (188 Hwy. 546 in West Monroe). There are not any book sales in November and December due to the holidays. Check the calendar of events for the most accurate dates and times of the book sales.

Prices (Cash Only)

  • Hardbacks: 50 cents
  • Paperbacks: 25 cents
  • Children's books: 10 cents

The book sale is cash only. All book sale proceeds benefit the Friends of the Library, who support Library programming.
